Welcome to the Website!
This website has been developed to introduce new patrons to the work of Jonathan Qualben, and for those of you lucky enough to already be familiar with his work, it should serve to keep you updated on new pieces and happenings. We welcome your feedback so please sign the guestbook (no, really, you can now sign the guestbook; we worked out the bugs).

Jonathan's work, "Affirmation"
(showcased on the Homepage), was accepted in March for inclusion in the permanent collection of the Carter Center in Atlanta, GA. The piece was commissioned by the Rev. Gail Burwa of New York.
Due to the limited size of the facilities ,the Center is not always able to accept contributions of artwork. Jonathan was doubly honored since he whole-heartedly supports the mission of the Center, and holds President Carter in high esteem. The Carter Center, in partnership with Emory University, is guided by a fundamental commitment to human rights and the alleviation of human suffering; it seeks to prevent and resolve conflicts, enhance freedom and democracy, and improve health.
Jonathan traveled to the Carter Center in March to meet the Carters and view the piece , which is on display in the Office of the Director of Conflict Resolution.

Jonathan, the Rev. Burwa, and President Jimmy Carter.
